An Du Net & Payment Corporation, a member of GAMI Group, established in 1995. The mission of GAMI in general and An Du in particular is to contribute improving human life with slogan: House and Car for each Vietnamese family.
In 2005, An Du became the first authorized deader of Mercedes-Benz Việt Nam Ltd in Northern areas and operated following standards of Daimler Corporation in global.
With target of operation: “Excellent service is our commitment” and “Your praise is our award”, An Du is in great effort continuously to bring customers the best services.
History development of the Company:
- In 2005, An Du became the first authorized dealer in Northern area of Ltd Mercedes – Benz VN
- On 23rd Feb, 2004, started construction and brought Mercedes-Benz Andu Autohous 300 in operation since July, 2005 at 11 Phạm Hùng road, Mỹ Đình, Từ Liêm, Hà Nội with equipment and standards as regulated by Mercedes – Benz globally.
Building up a completed model from sales to after-sales activities with criteria:
o The highest customer satisfaction rate
o The quality of product and service
o The improving progress in procedure
- With the above criteria, An Du always focuses on after-sales service and considers it as the most important support to our customers, therefore Autohaus Andu was built up in 7 floors with 3.850m2 including:
o Exhibition area: 628 m2
o Workshop area: 1.000 m2
o Office area: 1.700 m2
o Canteen, stock and support areas: 522 m2
- In the coming time, An Du targeted in expanding market in Middle area and customer service in Northern cities such as in Hai Phong.
Development Planning of Autohaus 2009-2015:
o Repairing, upgrading Showroom XDV, expanding area to servce more customers.
o The number of vehicle sales increases 10-20% per year.
o 35 verhicles in and out workshop daily.
o Parts revenue increases 30% per year.
