Please notice the list of items which are excluded in Mercedes-Benz’s warranty scale

1. Maintenance and repair cases like cleaning fuel system, even the possible consequences (e.g. dirty injector, spark plug, etc), brake maintenance and repair, điều chỉnh dây đai chữ V, cân chỉnh độ cân bằng và độ nhảy của bánh xe, kiểm tra áp suất bánh xe, cân chỉnh độ chụm bánh xe, siết chặt các vít, bu lông, đai ốc, chỉnh cân bằng động các bánh răng, thay dầu và chất bôi trơn, làm sạch đường ray cửa trượt, làm sạch và điều chỉnh vòi xịt nước rửa kính, kiểm tra các chức năng vận hành kể cả chạy thử, kiểm tra mức dầu, chăm sóc bình điện…
2. Cases caused by wear and tear relating to wind filters, oil filters, fuel filter, spark plug, capacitor, light bulb (resistance wire), brake-shoe, brake cable, fly-wheel, V-shaped seat belt, windshield wiper, water pipe for cooling and heating, tyres, ect.
3. Use of the spare parts which are not Mercedes-Benz genuine parts
4. Improper car use
5. Change of motor power and car design
6. Over loading capacity
7. Outside factors’ effects
8. Improper care and use of the maintenance products that are not accepted by Mercedes-Benz
9. Adding or change the components, details that are not allowed by Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV)
10. Windshield is broken or scratched
Passenger car:
- 24 months warranty without mileage limit applies to Mercedes-Benz passenger cars from the date of issuing the invoice.
- This warranty rule also applies for spare parts, replacement of major assemblies and accessories for passenger cars.

Sprinter:
- 24 months warranty from the date of issuing the invoice or 100,000 km vehicle mileage, whichever comes first
- 24 months warranty applies to all spare parts, replacement of major assemblies and accessories from the date of installation up to 50,000 km vehicle mileage, whichever comes first
